Health & Resource Fair

I am honored to have been asked to participate in the UNTD Health & Resource Fair, discussing healthy interpersonal relationships. The audience was so kind and generous with their personal inquiries and relationship insights. The UNTD student body is amazing!

Thank you for joining us for another fun and lively Psychology Club Movie Night! You guys always bring your psychoanalysis A game. Even the strangest movies are made fun with this group. Thanks for a great conversation!

World IA Day

This year’s world IA Day at UT Dallas was especially enjoyable since I was able to personally meet many attendees while volunteering at the check in station. Thank you for the invitation to assist and for another year of great programming. See you all next year!

These trees were so beautiful and creative.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from The Big Easy! I hope that you and yours have a fantastic new year!

McNair Scholars Winter Graduate Presentations

I can’t stop bragging about my amazing McNair Scholar, Donna Pryor. This will be Donna’s final research presentation at UNT-Dallas, as she will be graduating this semester, then off to graduate school! She will be missed, but I am so excited for her next chapter in life. Congratulations Donna!

Trunk-or-Treat

This year’s Trunk-or-Treat fundraiser was wild. The theme was “Woodland Creatures” or “Happy Camper,” I couldn’t decide which I liked best. Any ideas for next year?

The Pursuit of HappYness

UNT Dallas had the good fortune of hosting Chris Gardner, author of The Pursuit of Happyness. (The Y in happiness is intentional, which he explains in his book.) He gave an uplifting talk about determination and leadership for all generations. His message is inspirational and a reminder that no matter where we are in life, we can always strive to be better and to be more. Thank you for sharing your time and wisdom with our student body!
