Elizabeth Casa de Calvo, M.A.

Greetings!

I am a proud graduate of the Experimental/Social Psychology program at Texas Tech University, where I earned a Master of Arts degree, and completed all doctoral coursework (ABD) for the Experimental/Social Psychology Ph.D. Program. I began my graduate studies in the field of social psychology and close relationships with the hopes of gaining a deeper understanding of social dynamics and interpersonal relationships.

I am presently a Lecturer of Psychology for the UNT-Dallas Psychology department. I have served as Psychology Program and Internship Coordinator, a faculty mentor for student organizations, student research advisor for the McNair Scholars program, and participated in the award-winning Dream Catchers program for educators, to develop transformational mentoring skills. I have been fortunate to enjoy a long career in higher education, where I have gained experience with adult education, curriculum development, instructional design, and student mentoring. Facilitating student development through instruction is my passion.

Aside from work, I enjoy photography (ecdcphotography.com), traveling, and learning about new forms of technology and innovation. If you’d like to connect, please contact me at Elizabeth.Casadecalvo@untdallas.edu or by phone at (469) 530-0405.

Yours truly in Psychology,
E. Casa de Calvo
