The Psychology Club’s movie night involved a critique of The Box (2009). We discussed themes of power, dependency, morality, social influence, and even monetary inflation. It was also fun discussing gender roles in the 1970s. Thanks to all of the members who braved the weather to attend on a cold and rainy evening… perfect for a tense and eerie movie like this one.
